摘要
实施激励教育是素质教育的客观要求。激励包括"正强化"与"负强化"激励两种。正确运用激励教育必须做到:细化对象,坚持激励教育的针对性;实事求是,保持激励教育的严肃性;采用两分法,努力实现激励教育效果最大化;要及时、充分发挥激励教育的最佳时效性;强化调研,为激励教育提供准确信息。
The stimulating education, involving positive and negative incentives, is one part of the quality education. The strategies for successful stimulating education must follow the principles below： to meet the individual need, to gain the best effect, to find the tight time and to give the correct information.
