摘要
实施激励教育是素质教育的客观要求。激励包括"正强化"与"负强化"激励两种。正确运用激励教育必须做到:细化对象,坚持激励教育的针对性;实事求是,保持激励教育的严肃性;采用两分法,努力实现激励教育效果最大化;要及时、充分发挥激励教育的最佳时效性;强化调研,为激励教育提供准确信息。
The stimulating education, involving positive and negative incentives, is one part of the quality education. The strategies for successful stimulating education must follow the principles below: to meet the individual need, to gain the best effect, to find the tight time and to give the correct information.
