用硫脲和乙酰丙酮为原料合成了4,6-二甲基-2-巯基嘧啶,探讨了反应温度、反应时间和溶剂量对产率的影响.通过正交实验法得到的最优化合成条件为:反应温度65℃,反应时间5 h,产率可达85%.该合成方法具有方法简便、反应时间短等特点.

4,6 dimethyl 2- pyrimiclinethiol is synthesized with thiourea and acetylacotone. The influence of temperature, reaction time and the volume of solvent on the reaction is discussed. The technological parameters optimized by orthogonal test are as follows： reaction temperature 65C, reaction time 5h. The yield of 4,6 dimethyl 2 - pyfimidinethiol under this condition is 85%. The method is convenient and the reaction time is greatly shortened.
