摘要 采用实验室内培养研究不同浓度Cd2+处理对花生幼苗生长和部分生理特性的影响.结果表明:1.不同浓度Cd2+对花生幼苗株高和根长生长的抑制影响是显著的.2.不同浓度Cd2+对花生幼苗生物量的影响是显著的,对地上部分的毒害作用与其对地下部分的毒害作用相当;Cd2+浓度为0.25 mg/L对花生幼苗全株生物量生长产生促进作用,但随着浓度的增加对其生长的抑制作用却在增加,不同浓度Cd2+对株高的影响基本与对全株生物量一致.3.花生幼苗叶绿素含量以及叶绿素a/b比值在0.25 mg/L Cd2+处理浓度时达到峰值,随Cd2+浓度的增加,含量下降,短时间、低浓度Cd2+胁迫对花生幼苗叶绿素a和叶绿素b的合成有刺激效应. A laboratory incubation experiment has been conducted to study the effects of different Cd^2+ concentrations on seedling growth and some physiological characteristics of Arachis hypogaea through determining some physiological and biochemical indexes. The results are shown as follows: 1.The inhibitory effect of different Cd^2+ concentrations on seedlings growth is significant; 2. The effect of different Cd^2+ concentrations on Arachis hypogaea's seedlings biomass is significant, the poisoning effect on stem and leaf is the same as the root, 0.25mg/ L of Cd^2+ concentration accumulated the whole of biomass, but the inhibition is increased with the concentration increased. The effect of Cd^2 + on growth of stem is the same as the whole biomass. 3. The content of chlorophyll and the ratio of chlorophyll - a and chlorophyll - b in Arachis hypogaea' s seedling is up to the high point at 0.25 mg/L of Cd^2+ concentration in the solution and decreases afterwards. Ga^2+ stress with lower concentration increases the contents of chlorophyll a and b in a short time.
