中国居民家庭人力资本投资现状及其经济效应的实证分析

Positive Analysis on the Present Situation of Chinese Family Investment in Human Capital and its Economic Efficiency

本文通过对中国居民家庭人力资本投资现状进行统计分析,发现自改革开放以来,中国的人力资本结构发生了很大的变化,居民的人力资本投资逐年上升,其增长速度快于消费总支出的增长速度,城乡间人力资本投资仍存在较大差距,同时人力资本投资有着较高的经济效益,在很大程度上可以促进经济的发展。

This article analyses statistically finds that since reform ,the human capital resident has been on the rise and its growth greater＋gap between town resident and economic efficiency and it can greatly the present Chinese family investment situation in human capital,and then structure of China has changed greatly, the human capital investment of is faster than that of gross consumption expenditure,and that there is still a village resident,in the meanwhile investment in human resourses has higher propel economic development.
