摘要 利用循环伏安法(CV)研究了多壁碳纳米管修饰碳纤维微电极(MWNT/CF)对肾上腺素(Ep)的电催化作用,详细讨论了电催化反应的最佳条件.实验表明,在0.5mol/L H2SO4溶液中,Ep的浓度在4.6×10^-4mol/L~9.1×10^-7mol/L范围内,氧化峰电流与浓度成良好的线性关系,检测限为9.1×10^-8mol/L.将该修饰电极用于盐酸肾上腺素针剂的测定,8次平行样品测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.5%,回收率为97.0%~107.1%. The electro-catalysis of carbon fibre microelectrode modified with Multi-wall carbon nanotubes(MWNT/CF) on Epinephrine(Ep) was studied by cyclic voltammetry, and good conditions of electrocatalytic reaction were discussed particularly. In a medium of H2SO4 solution, the oxidation currents were linear for concentration of Ep in the range of 4.55×10^4 mol/L-9.1 ×10^-7 mol/L, with detection limit of 9.1×10^8 mol/L. The MWNT/CF had been used to determine the contents of adrenaline hydrochloride injection with RSD(n=8) 1.5% and recovery rate in the range of 97.1%~ 107.1%.
