血浆TGF-β1联合DVH图预测放射性肺炎的研究进展
摘要
随着放射治疗技术的发展,放射治疗已成为恶性肿瘤的主要治疗手段之一。在局部晚期或不能手术的早期胸部肿瘤的治疗中发挥重要的作用。肺组织对放射线敏感,是限制胸部放射治疗剂量提高的主要器官之一。如果能找到一个参数或方法预测放射性肺损伤的发生概率,可能有利于胸部放射治疗方案的优选。近年来,许多国外学者有很多关于预测放射性肺炎的研究,
