羽叶鬼针草对Cd、Pb的吸附特性研究 被引量:8

摘要 采用盆栽试验,研究了羽叶鬼针草(Bidens maximowiczianaOett.)对Cd、Pb的吸附特性。结果表明:鬼针草吸收Pb的能力比吸收Cd的能力强。在土壤Pb单一污染浓度为800 mg/kg时,鬼针草地上部Pb含量达到最高,为928.88 mg/kg;在土壤复合污染浓度为Cd 5 mg/kg和Pb800 mg/kg时,鬼针草根部Pb的含量达到最高,为747.58 mg/kg,而鬼针草在Cd 20 mg/kg和Pb400 mg/kg复合污染时吸收Cd能力最强,地上部Cd吸收量为21.33 mg/kg,根部Cd吸收量为57.20 mg/kg;鬼针草植物对Cd、Pb的吸收有很强的分布特征,植物吸收Pb的能力为地上部的吸收大于根部吸收,而吸收Cd的能力为根部大于地上部;鬼针草植物对Cd、Pb的吸收并没有影响其生物量,并且Cd抑制了鬼针草对Pb的吸收,而Pb却促进了鬼针草对Cd的吸收。 Using the method of the potted cultivation, the characteristics of plants of the Bidens maxirnovicziana Oett. with high tolerance to Cd or Pb were further investigated. Bidens maximowicziana Oett. had a stronger absorption to Pb than to Cd. The concentration of lead in plants increased linearly with the increase of lead concentration in soil. When single contamination with Pb concentration in soil being 800 mg/kg,the maximum Pb concentration could be up to 928.88 mg/kg in the overground parts, while Pb concentration in soil was 800mg/kg complexed with CA 5mg/kg, 747. 58 mg/kg in the roots. When Cd was 20mg/kg with Pb 400mg/kg in contamination soil,the plants absorbed Cd most strongly,the value could be up to 57.20 mg/kg in roots and 21.33 mg/kg in the overground parts. The Pb concentration distributed in the overground parts was more than that in the roots,while for Cd,adversely. Cd and Pb had no effects on biomass of Bidens maximowicziana Oett.. The Cd restrained the absorption of the Pb,while the Pb accelerated the absorption of the Cd.
