摘要
以黄瓜品种津研4号为材料,在盆栽条件下,从形态解剖和生理生化两方面研究了根灌和叶喷外源甜菜碱对黄瓜抗盐胁迫的影响。结果表明:外源甜菜碱可促进黄瓜叶片中脯氨酸和可溶性糖的积累,保持相对较高的抗氧化酶活性和可溶性蛋白含量,削弱丙二醛的积累,对细胞膜的稳定性和完整性起保护作用。盐胁迫下,甜菜碱处理的黄瓜叶片组织细胞排列紧密,细胞中叶绿体数量及可溶性物质含量均增加。叶面喷施甜菜碱对增强黄瓜抗盐胁迫的效果更好。
Potted cucumber plants (Jinyan No. 4) were treated with exogenous glycinebetaine by root application or foliar spraying to study the effects of exogenous glycinebetaine on cucumber resistance to salt analyzing from two aspects of the plant physiological biochemistry and morphology and anatomy. The exogenous glycinebetaine could enhance the accumulation of soluble sugar and praline, maintained higher antioxidase activity and the soluble protein content, and reduced the accumulation of MDA in cucumber leaves,which protected the stability and integrity of cell membrane. Under the salt - stress, cucumber leaf tissue cell arranged closer, the chloroplast quantity and the soluble matter content in leaf cell increased. Spraying glycinebetaine could enhance the salt - resistance of cucumber better.
