摘要
目的:研究急性胰腺炎胰腺腺泡细胞凋亡对巨噬细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:采用奥曲肽(OCT)诱导cae-rulein处理的AR42J细胞凋亡作用于大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞,检测巨噬细胞的粘附和吞噬功能;使用ELISA试剂盒检测细胞培养上清中TNF-α的含量。结果:急性胰腺炎胰腺腺泡细胞凋亡显著降低巨噬细胞的粘附功能和吞噬功能(P<0.05),同时能降低巨噬细胞分泌TNF-α的功能。结论:急性胰腺炎胰腺腺泡细胞凋亡能降低巨噬细胞的功能。
Objective: To investigate the effect of apoptosis of pancreatic acinar cells in acute pancreatitis on the im- mune function of macrophages. Methods: The AR42J cells were treated with octreotide and caerulein. Peritoneal macro- phages obtained from rats were stimulated with the AR42J cells. The adherence, and phagocytic capacity of the macro- phages were evaluated. The TNF-α content in the culture supernatant was determined by ELISA. Results..Apoptosis of pancreatic acinar cells in acute pancreatitis significantly depressed adherence and phagocytic ability of macrophages (P〈 0.05), and reduced the secretion of TNF-α by the macrophages (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Apoptosis of pancreatic acinar cells in acute pancreatitis could decrease the immune function of macrophages.
