摘要
在合理界定河流生态补偿概念的基础上,结合河流系统自身特点及实践经验,从系统耦合角度对河流生态补偿机制进行初探,并提出了河流生态补偿未来研究重点。
On the basis of reasonable confirming the conception of river ecological compensation,connecting with the characteristic of river and the practical experience of other countries, the thesis gives discussion on river ecological compensation mechanism from the angle of system coupling. The research focuses of riverecological compensation are given.
