摘要
通过一个复杂材料分区工程实例讨论了有交叉项和无交叉项二次响应面的计算精度和效率,并分别用二次响应面法和蒙特卡罗数值模拟法计算了可靠度指标,借助于F检验还可大大简化该模型。结果表明,基于正交试验抽样的无交叉项二次响应面耗时较少,适于大型复杂结构的可靠度计算;与传统响应面方法相比,这种二次响应面在构建响应面和可靠度计算时完全解耦。
Attention of researchers is always paid to the efficiency of reliability analysis for large and sophisticated structure. The response surface model of a quadratic polynomial can effectively deal with this problem. The quadratic response surface (QRS) model with cross-terms and without cross-terms are compared to identify its computational efficiency and precision through an example in which the reliability indices are respectively evaluated by QRS and Monte Corlo numerical simulation technique. With the help of the partial Fisher F-test, this model can be markedly simplified. The results show that the QRS without cross-terms based on the orthogonal test can obtain reliability index by less machine time, and is suitable for the sophisticated structure with zoning of material. Comparisons with traditional methods, building a response surface and calculating reliability by the proposed approach may be solely performed.
