摘要
为实现河道管理科学化、规范化、标准化,针对目前河道管理现状及存在的具体问题,以地理信息系统和数据库为支撑,设计开发了具有一定通用性、可移植性和可扩展性的河道管理信息系统。系统实现了河道信息的数字化,并为用户决策提供了强大的技术支持。
Aceording to the practical needs of current river management and its specific problems, a river management information system with merits of generality, portability and scalability was developed by using tools like GIS and database for the scientific and standardized river management. This system digitized the river information, and can provide strong supports for the users to make right decisions.
