含三维接触问题的机翼下壁板翼肋对接孔结构断裂特性研究

摘要 飞机对接孔结构的损伤是飞机和许多工程结构中存在的一种典型损伤形式,它严重影响着结构的完整性和使用安全。因此,研究对接孔结构的断裂特性,具有重要的工程意义和实用价值。主要通过创建三维接触来考虑螺栓与螺栓孔间、垫片与下壁板内壁间的接触问题,应用有限元素法,建立合理的计算模型,计算翼肋对接孔结构在多种开裂模式下的应力强度因子,通过大量的计算分析,总结了机翼翼肋对接孔结构的断裂特性规律。计算结果和结论可作为该类结构损伤容限设计的参考依据。 The damage to join- hole structures is a typical form of damage that exists in airplanes and many other engineering structures. It badly influences their integrity and safety of use. Therefore, analyzing the fracture characteristics of join- hole structures is of great engineering significance and highly applicability. Three- dimension contact pair was built to simulate contact problems. Primarily concerned with the contact between bolt and bolt- hole, the contact between gasket and the wall of lower-wainscot, the paper used the finite element method to produce reasonable calculation models and calculate the stress intensity factors (SIF) of the join- hole structures under different craze mode. Through numerous calculations ,the fracture characteristics rule of join-hole structures were summarized. The computed results and conclusions may serve as reference design of the similar structures.
