三维斜孔帷幕灌浆在宽缝重力坝基础加固中的应用

摘要 合面狮水库大坝由于原灌浆帷幕已基本失效,混凝土与基岩接触部位透水率较大且局部较严重。通过对大坝断面形状和结构情况的详细研究,运用三维设计手段精确确定钻孔位置与矢量参数(包括水平转角、竖直转角与长度),保证在一定基岩透水率情况下形成的三维错孔帷幕具有三维的连续性。 Hemianshi reservoir has been designed with a slotted concrete gravity dam. Because the original curtain grouting generally cease to be effective, the permeability rate is relatively high and even serious locally at the positions of concrete in contact with base rock, rendering a significant hidden danger. Based on a detailed study of the profiles and structures of the main dam, the boring locations and vector data including horizontal angles, vertical angles and length etc. were determined accurately by 3D design method, so as to ensure the continuity of 3-dimensional staggered hole curtain under fixed base rock permeability rate.
