广西地下水监测现状与思考

Current status of and reflections on groundwater monitoring in Guangxi

广西地下水监测站网布局不完善,监测和传输手段落后,不能适应水资源管理和经济社会发展需要。地下水监测是水法规赋予水行政主管部门的职能,要建立健全地下水监测管理机构,完善地下水监测站网,建设地下水监测信息系统,加强地下水变化规律的研究,为保障地下水资源的可持续利用提供基础。

With regard to the current status of groundwater monitoring network in Guangxi, the distribution of monitoring stations is incomplete and the monitoring and transmission method is backward, which fails to satisfy the requirements of water resources management as well as economic and social development. Groundwater mon- itoring is the function of the water administrative department. We shall establish a pefect groundwater monitor- ing administration institution, complete the construction of groundwater monitoring stations, construct groundwater monitoring information system, strengthen the research of groundwater variation, so as to guarantee the sustainable utilization of groundwater resources.
