摘要
三托水库是由外坡滑坡引起垮坝的一座小(1)型水库,介绍了水库垮坝的过程,通过计算大坝的渗流稳定性和结构稳定性,分析了其垮坝的原因,并总结了这起事故的经验与教训。
Santuo reservoir is a small （I）-type reservoir which has seen the main dam break due to landslide of exterior slope. An introduction was made on the process of dam break. The causes for this accident were analyzed based on calculation of dam seepage stability and structural stability. The author also summarized the experience out of this accident.
