Application of the Cost Analysis System in Power Engineering Project Construction

近年来,随着城市建设发展、新材料和新设备推广应用、环保和安全要求的提高,使得工程造价逐步攀升,合理控制工程建设造价越来越重要。提出了从工程建设立项开始,对投资估算、设计概算、施工结算到最后竣工结算,进行工程造价的全程监控。通过造价分析体系在工程实际中的应用,为采取行之有效的造价控制措施提供依据。

For recent years, with the development of city construction, the application of new material and e- quipments, the higher requirements in environmental protection and safety, the engineering project construc- tion cost has been gradually rising. It is more and more important for reasonable control of construction cost. The paper presents the supervisory and control for overall construction cost from the establishment of project, construction settlement to the final completion settlement. Based on the application of cost analysis system in power engineering project construction, the paper provides the basis for taking some practical and effective measures to control project construction cost.
