阐述了柳钢备件计划管理的现状和不足,结合柳钢生产的特点,提出备件计划精益管理应研究的对象、方法和应用工具,指出备件计划管理发展趋势应是面向效益生产与设备管理系统故障诊断集成的备件计划精益管理体系。

The current situation and deficiency of spare parts plan management in Liugang were elaborated. By combining with the production characteristics of Liugang, the object, the method and application tool of lean management for spare parts plan were put forward, and in addition, the developing tendency of spare parts plan management should be the lean management system, which is integrated by benefit production and equipment management system failure diagnosis.
