摘要
本文提出了区域性供水的特征，进一步探讨了区域性集中供水系统和区域性供水集中管理系统两种模式及其区别与联系，提出了主要几类城镇需水量的预测方法，对区域性供水的形成和管理问题作了多方面的探讨，提出了一些建设性建议。文中结合成都市实施区域性供水工程的实践，论证了区域性供水这一具有强大生命力的管理模式的社会经济价值。
Abstract With the particularities of regional water supply (RWS) being pointed out, the distinction and internal relations of two RWS related models namely the regional centralized water supply and the centralized management system of RWS are examined. Also a method to predict the urban water demand for cities and towns of predominated types is given. In this paper the formation and management of RWS are discussed in many ways and some constructive suggestions recommended. The practical implementation of RWS in Chengdu confirms that as a management model RWS is full of vitality and socio economical benefits.
