工程设计阶段是工程造价控制的关键阶段。本文分析了设计阶段造价控制存在的主要问题,提出通过优化设计方案、限额设计、改进机制、健全制度等措施,实现设计阶段的造价控制。力争做出技术先进、经济合理的工程设计。

The design stage is the key part in the control of investment. In this paper ,the problems of construction design stage are discussed , and six methods for investment control in design phase are put forward , which suggest us further to strengthen investment control in design stage and ensure feasible technique and reasonable economy designs.
