Elaborate design,building excellent project——basing on the case of the construction of the library of Quanzhou Teachers College

本文以泉州师院图书馆工程获得2007年度中国建筑"鲁班奖"的建设为案例,结合本人的全程参与进一步展开阐述。

Concerning with the case of the project of the library of Quanzhou Teachers College, which has achieved the Luban prize of 2007 the highest building award in China, this paper, on the base of my participation in the whole project, will discuss the case further.
