摘要 目的检测针刺前中后心率变异性(HRV)各项指标的变化,探讨针刺与自主神经的关系方法在40例无心脏疾病的各类患者在第4次针刺治疗时,用Actiheart软件检测患者针刺前留针中出针后等不同状态下各10min的HRV指标,包括时域指标SD(R-R间期的标准差)rMSSD(相邻R-R间期差值的均方根值)BPM(心率)和频域指标LF(低频)HF(高频)LF/HF(低频与高频之比)用方差分析来比较不同状态下的心率变异情况结果时域指标SDrMSSD出针后变高,BPM出针后变低;频域指标LFHFLF/HF留针和出针后均变低结论针刺能影响HRV的各项指标,其变化有利于提高心脏自主神经系统的整合功能。 Objective To investigate the relationship between acupuncture and the autonomic nerve by measuring heart rate variability (HRV) indices before, during and after acupuncture. Methods Ten-minute HRV indices were measured using Actiheart software in 60 patients without heart disease before insertion, during retention and after withdrawal of a needle at the fourth acupuncture treatment. The indices included time-domain indices SD (standard deviation of R-R intervals), rMSSD (root mean square of successive differences in RR intervals) and BPM (beats per minute) and frequency-domain indices LF (low frequency), HF (high frequency) and LF/HF (ratio of low frequency to high frequency). Heart rate variabilities under different conditions were compared using variance analysis. Results The time indices SD and rMSSD increased and BPM decreased after withdrawal of a needle. The frequency indices LF, HF and LF/HF decreased during retention and after withdrawal of a needle. Conclusion Acupuncture affects HRV indices. The changes help to improve the integration of the cardiac autonomic nerve system and inhibit the tension of the sympathetic nerves.
