平衡针配合运动疗法治疗落枕疗效观察

Observations on the Clinical Efficacy of Balancing Acupuncture plus Kinesitherapy in Treating Stiff Neck

目的观察平衡针配合运动疗法治疗落枕临床疗效。方法应用平衡针配合运动疗法治疗急性落枕96例,与同期采用以传统针刺为主治疗的82例进行比较,观察其疗程与疗效。结果治疗组愈显率为94.8%,对照组愈显率为84.1%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组疗程比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论平衡针疗法治疗落枕优于传统针刺疗法,且疗程短,减少了患者的痛苦。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of balancing acupuncture plus kinesitherapy in treating stiff neck. Methods Ninety-six patients with acute stiff neck were treated with balancing acupuncture. The therapeutic effect was compared with that in 82 patients treated with conventional acupuncture at the same time. The courses of treatment were also compare between them. Results The cure and marked efficacy rate was 94.8% in the treatment group and 84.1% in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups （P〈0.05）. There was also a statistically significant difference in treatment course between the two groups （P〈O.O1）. Conclusion Balancing acupuncture is superior to conventional acupuncture in treating stiff neck. Its short course of treatment reduces the patients＇ pain.
