摘要
考察了硅酸聚合度、Fe^(3+)与SiO_2的摩尔比、熟化时间以及pH值对研制聚硅酸铁混凝性能的影响。确定了制备聚硅酸铁的优化条件。用所研制的聚硅酸铁与单独投加混凝剂硫酸铁及硫酸铁加助凝剂改性活化硅酸处理低温低浊水的效果进行了比较。试验结果表明聚硅酸铁的效果最好。还对聚硅酸铁的混凝机理进行了讨论。
The influence of degree of polymerization of silicic acid, the molar ratio of Fe^(3+) to SiO_2, the aging time and the pH value on the coagulation property of polysilicate iron(PSI) is examined and the conditions of preparing PSI are optimized in this paper. Self-made PSI under the optimum conditions is used in the treatment of practicle water sample with low temperaturelow turbidity. Experimental results show that PSI has better coagulation properties than that of traditional coagulants Fe_2(SO_4)_3 and Fe_2(SO_4)_3 together with coagulant aid polysilicic acid(PS), the coagulation mechanism of PSI is also discussed in this paper.
