摘要
介绍高速热镀锌钢丝生产线的生产工艺。新工艺采用立式双卷筒工字轮收放线与倒立式收线组合、阴阳极交替电解碱洗、水帘密封酸洗、回收槽加清洗槽、气吹、电磁抹拭等多项新技术,解决了原热镀锌钢丝生产线生产速度低、盘重小、污染严重、钢丝镀层面质量不均匀及不可控等问题,实现了钢丝高速热镀锌生产。新生产线的Dv值为120 mm.m/min,走24根钢丝,盘卷质量达1.3 t,采用此生产线生产的钢丝表面清洗效果良好,锌层面质量均匀、可控,其波动在35 g/m2以内,降低了锌耗和劳动力成本,改善了工作环境。
To introduce the production process of high speed hot-dip galvanizing production line. Quite a few new technologies such as the combination of vertical double-capstan spool take-up and payoff and headstand take-up, cathode and anode alternate electrolytic alkaline cleaning, water sealing pickling, reclaiming tank adding cleaning tank, gas blowing, electromagnetic wiping and so on were adopted in new process. The problem such as low production speed, small coil weight, heavy pollution, uneven mass of steel wire coating, uncontrollable and so on of original hot-dip galvanizing steel wire production line were solved. The steel wire high speed hot-dip galvanizing production is realized. The Dv value of new production line is 120 mm·m/min. 24 steel wires are produced. Coil mass reach 1.3 t. The cleaning effect of steel wire surface is good, steel wire zinc coating mass is even and controllable, the fluctuation of zinc coating mass is in 35 g/m^2 , zinc consumption and labor cost are reduced after adopting this process.
