摘要
反渗透装置在电子工业高纯水制造工艺中得到广泛应用。本文对反渗透进水的水质要求、进水的预处理、反渗透膜的清洗、反渗透水处理系统的设计等方面的问题进行了讨论，并介绍了近年来开发的新型反渗透高纯水制造系统。
Abstract Some questions related to water purification system design of reverse osmosis (RO) process including the qualitative threshold and pretreatment of raw water and the cleaning of RO membrane are discussed in this paper. Also advanced RO facilities recently developed for high pure water preparation are presented.
