Public Communication: An Important Link of Crisis Management of Library——By Taking the Demolising Incident of Beizhai as Example

进入21世纪,图书馆危机管理已成为图书馆管理者和工作人员所面临的全新课题。中山图书馆发生的"北斋拆迁事件",充分说明了公共沟通在危机管理中的重要性。公共沟通应具备三要素,即信息接受者、媒介体和接受者。图书馆在公共沟通过程中要消除误区,加强对图书馆文化公共身份的体认意识的基本原则与方法。

Criss Management of Library is a new topic for manager and staff of library. The article discusses the importance of public communication in the process of crisis management, by taking the Demolising Incident of Beizhai of Zhongshan University＇s Library as example. The author put forward basic principles and methods of public communication of library on the basis which analyse the four links of public communication.
