繁殖期杀菌药与快速抑菌药的联合应用 被引量：1

摘要 《社区获得性肺炎（CAP）诊断和治疗指南》中，建议CAP的最初经验治疗使用β-内酰胺类（繁殖期杀菌药）联合大环内酯类（快速抑菌药）。然而，迄今仍有不少临床工作者不同意此观点。作者依据临床实践体会，结合相关文献，概述如下，有些实属管见，以求同道斧正。
