Test System Design of Impedance of Actuator

动刚度特性是舵机的一项重要性能指标,而基于计算机的测试系统是测试舵机动刚度特性的关键部分。在介绍动刚度测试原理基础上,主要从硬件和软件两个方面介绍了测试系统研制。试验结果表明,测试系统满足数据采集、数据存储分析以及加载系统的闭环控制与校正等要求,对提高舵机阻抗设计具有重要意义。

Impedance is an important performance index of actuator. The test system based on computer is a key element for testing the impedance of actuator. Based on the test principle of impedance, hardware and software designs were discussed. The experiment results show that the system can satisfy the requirements of data acquisition, data storage and analysis, closed-loop control and correction. It is very important to improve the impedance design of actuator.
