高校学生社区思想政治教育工作初探

On the Ideological and Political Education in the Community of College Students

随着高校后勤社会化改革的步伐不断向前迈进,学生宿舍逐步走向公寓化、社区化的管理模式,学生的学习和生活方式也因此受到直接而深刻的影响。高校现有的学生教育管理模式也面临着新形势、新挑战,可从改进学生宿舍管理模式。丰富宿舍建设内涵和挖掘"参与"的激励作用等三方面加强学生的教育管理。

With the＇ pace of logistics socialization reform, the managing of students＇ dormitory has turned to apartment and community mode, which has direct and profound influence on students＇ ways of living and learning. College students＇ management is also facing new situation and challenges. To strengthen the education and management, colleges and universities should change the managing mode of students＇ dormitory, enrich dormitory construction connotation and develop the promotion function of ＂participation .
