摘要
从我国物流园区规划设计中存在的问题出发,借鉴发达国家物流园区规划设计的经验,探讨规划设计的具体内容和基本原则,分析物流园区与产业集群的相互关系,认为要统一管理物流园区规划设计,以市场需求为导向,规范物流园区优惠政策,以此促进物流园区的健康发展。
Using the experience of logistics park planning in developed countries for reference, this paper starts from the problems of logistics park planning in China, discusses the main content and basic principle of planning, analyses the relationship of logistics park and industrial cluster, and comes to the conclusion that the logistics park planning should be managed in an integrated way, taking the needs of market as a guide, stand- ardizing the preferential policies in order to develop logistics park with efficiency and effect.
