如何培养出专业合格的中职生，是中职学校都面临和急需解决的问题。由于中职生的基础较差，我们可从实训入手，加大实训力度，提高学生动手能力，使学生学得一技之长，为就业打下基础。如何提高实训成效，集体备课是众多方法之一。开展实训指导教师的集体备课活动，有助于培养教师团队合作精神，有助于统一实训规范与要求、合理安排实训内容与进程，能充分利用实训作业时间与提高设备的利用率，从而促进学生的发展与教师能力的提高。

How to bring up qualified professional secondary vocational school students is a vital problem which all the secondary vocational schools are faced with and urgently need to solve. Because of the students＇ poor basis, we have to start with practical training, increase the efforts of training, improve the students＇ practical abilities, enable them to acquire a professional skill so as to lay a concrete foundation for their future employment. As for how to improve the practical training effects, collectively preparing for lessons is one of many methods. Carrying out the activity of training guiding teachers＇ collectively preparing for lessons can help to cultivate their team spirit, unify the training norms and requirements, reasonably arrange the training contents and process, make full use of the training time and increase the equipment utilization so as to promote the students＇ development and increase the teachers＇ teaching competence.
