摘要
本文分析了Boost变换器工作于连续导电模式(CCM)和不连续导电模式(DCM)时的电感电流。指出当输入电压为最低输入电压,负载电阻为最小负载电阻时,且变换器工作在CCM下的最大电感电流就是该变换器在整个工作范围的最大电感电流,并将其与最小点燃电流相比较作为变换器内部本质安全的判断依据。文中给出了实例,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。
The inductor current of Boost converters both in CCM and DCM is analyzed in this article. It points out that if a boost converter is in CCM in case of the lowest input voltage and the minimum load resistance, the maximum inductor current in such condition is the maximal inductor current in the total operating range. If the maximum inductor current in CCM is less than the minimum ignition current, the converter meets the requirement of inner intrinsic safety. The experiment results are in positive to the analysis results showing the feasibility of the proposed methods.
