试论高职高专大学生的心理健康教育

Psychological Health Education for Higher Vocational School Students

关注高职高专大学生的心理健康，首先应抓好心理健康教育，促进学生整体素质的提高与个性的和谐发展：其次应对学生的心理状况及存在的问题进行分析，建立起学生心理健康预警系统；再次对个剐有心理障碍的学生，应给予及时有效的心理辅导。

When we pay attention to the psychological health of higher vocational school students, we should first focus on their psychological health education so as to improve their personal quality as well as their whole qualities harmoniously. Secondly, we should analyze their psychological situation and problems, build up a prewarning system. Besides, we should help those who have psychological problems timely.
