探究性学习中小学教师素质现状调查研究

摘要 为了解探究性学习中小学教师的素质现状,选择无锡市15所小学130名小学教师作调查对象,对其职业理想、教育观念、知识水平、监控能力、教学行为与策略五个方面进行测评,并通过调查结果的统计与分析,尝试性地提出我国现阶段师范学校对未来小学教师素质培养在教学上的改进建议. In order to know elementary school teachers' qualities nowadays, 130 teachers are chosen from the 15 elementary schools in WuXi as the investigation objects and tested concerning five aspects : career ideal, the educational idea, the knowledge level, monitoring ability, the teaching behavior and the strategy. Based on the investigation results, some advices are proposed experimentally to the cultivation of future elementary school teachers.
