摘要
对淹没宽顶堰泄流量计算公式进行了分析探讨，认为淹没系数σ是随ｈｓＨ０，ε，ｍ变化的，并求出了新的淹没系数σ２．
The calculating formula for spillway capacity of drowned wide crest weirs is analyzed in this paper.It is considered that the drowning cofficient σ changes with h sH 0,ε and m.The new drowning cofficient σ 2 is calculated.
