针对现有公式存在的问题，推导出一个新的沿程均匀泄流管水头损失简化计算公式。分析表明，新公式精度高于现有公式，且计算简单。

With an aim at the problem in the existing formula, a new and simplified formula for calculating water head loss along the uniform slucing pipe is deduced and derived. The analysis indicates that the accuracy of the new formula is higher than that of the existing formula.
