苏北地区中学课余篮球训练现状调查与分析

An Investment and Analysis of the Status quo of the After School Basketball Training in Middle Schools of North Jiangsu Province

本文在调查、了解的基础上分析了江苏省苏北地区中学课余篮球训练优势所在,同时找出存在的问题,为继续完善和提高该地区课余篮球训练水平提出建议:全面贯彻素质教育,纠正升学率认识上的偏差,正确处理好"学与训"的矛盾;加大对课余训练的经费投入,切实减轻教练员的工作负荷,对教练员的付出回报应与其他学科教师同工同酬.

Based on a survey and analysis, the advantages of after school basketball training in middle schools of north Jiangsu province are given. At the same time the disadvantages and existing problems are also described to optimize and enhance the after school basketball training level. Accordingly proposals are given as follows, to carry out all around the quality-orlented education, correct the error thought on the college entrance ratio, dispose the variance between learning and training, increase the investment on after school training, relieve the burden on the trainer, and equate the payment to trainer to teachers for other subjects.
