熄风止颤汤联合美多芭治疗帕金森病临床研究

Clinical Study on Parkinson's Disease Treated with "Xifeng Zhichan Decoction" and Madopar

目的观察熄风止颤汤联合美多芭治疗帕金森病(PD)的临床疗效。方法62例PD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各31例。治疗组采用熄风止颤汤联合美多芭治疗,对照组给予美多芭治疗,两组疗程均为3个月。观察两组综合疗效和治疗前后帕金森病综合评分量表UPDRS评分改善情况以及精神、行为、情绪、日常活动及运动功能评分。结果对照组治疗前后评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.01);两组治疗3个月后评分差异有显著性,且治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论熄风止颤汤联合美多芭治疗帕金森病可明显提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of “Xifeng Zhichan Decoction” and Madopar in the treatment of Parkinson＇ s disease. Methods Sixty-two subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 31 cases were treated with “Xifeng Zhichan Decoction” and Madopar, and control group in which 31 cases were treated with Madopar, with a course of three months. United Parkinson Disease Rating Scale（UPDRS） was used to evaluate the clinical effects. Results The UPDRS scores were reduced obviously after treatments in both groups（P〈0.05, P 〈0.01）, with a great difference between two groups（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined “Xifeng Zhichan Decoction” and Madopar is effective in the treatment of Parkinson＇ s disease.
