护网明目散对实验性糖尿病视网膜病变瘦素影响的研究

摘要 目的探讨护网明目散对实验性糖尿病视网膜病变瘦素的影响。方法雄性Wistar大鼠100只,随机分为模型组、中药治疗组?西药治疗组?中西医结合治疗组和正常空白对照组,每组20只。以链尿佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射诱发大鼠糖尿病模型。确定造膜成功后开始分组给药,每日给药1次。用药3个月后,取各组大鼠眼球制成石蜡切片,采用免疫组化法观察视网膜瘦素(leptin)表达水平。结果治疗45天后,中药治疗组、中西医结合治疗组leptin明显低于模型组、西药治疗组(P<0.05);中西医结合治疗组与中药治疗组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论护网明目散可有效降低因糖尿病视网膜病变微循环障碍诱发视网膜产生的leptin水平,抑制新生血管的形成,阻止单纯型糖尿病性视网膜病变向增殖型的发展。 Objective To observe the influence of “Huwang Mingmu Powder” on experimental diabetic retinopathy. Methods 100 male Wistar rats were randomized into model group, herb group, western medicine herb, comprehensive group and normal group, 20 rats in each group. Diabetes minetus was duplicated by abdomi nat injection of Streptozotocin. After three-month treatments, the rats' eyeballs were sliced to assay the content of retinal leptin by immuno-histochemical method. Results After treatments, the contents of leptin were lower in herb group and comprehensive group than in model group and western group ( P 〈0.05 ), with a sig nificant difference between herb group and comprehensive group( P 〈0.05 ). Conclusion “Huwang Mingmu Powder” can reduce the content of leptin in th treatment of experimental diabetic retinopathy.
