摘要
通过对宇航材料规范AMS 2750D《高温测量》解析,系统介绍温度传感器、使用的仪器、热处理设备、系统精度测试、温度均匀性测试等方面的规定及要求。重点阐述Nadcap认证中如何完成SAT、TUS测试,有助于热处理行业顺利通过Nadcap审核,为国际贸易加工奠定坚实基础。
By explaining and analizing of the Aerospace Material Specification AMS 2750D 《Pyrometry》, the standard and demand of temperature sensors, instrumentations, heat treatment equipments, system accuracy test, temperature uniformity surveys are systematically introduced in this paper. It is focused on how to complete the SAT and TUS tests in Nadcap certification, which could help to the smooth passage of heat treatment industry Nadcap audit for international trade processing to lay a solid foundation.
