摘要 为了提高材料表面的耐磨料磨损性能,对自制的Fe-Cr-C系堆焊焊条进行了正交优化设计。以石墨、铌铁、钼铁、铬铁的含量为因子,以综合评分做为判定指标,采用三水平四因子进行统计分析,得出了最优的焊条配方。采用光谱仪、洛氏硬度计、光学显微镜、扫描电镜、EDAX能谱以及磨损试验机分析了堆焊层的成分、组织和性能,结果表明,优化焊条的堆焊层硬度达到HRC 58.9,堆焊层组织为混合型马氏体和少量残余奥氏体+弥散分布的NbC颗粒。该焊条具有高抗裂性、焊前不预热、焊后不缓冷、连续堆焊不产生裂纹的特点。 To improve the abrasive grain wearability of materials, the orthogonal design has been applied to the self-designed Fe-Cr-C series hardfaeing electrode. The method was used to find the best composition with the index of "comprehensive scoring" and The orthogonal diagram was applied to studying the factors of "proportions of C, Nb, Mo and Cr". The mierostructure and properties were analyzed by means of OE, Rockwell hardness meter, OM, SEM, EDAX and sand paper abrasion test. The results show that the content of the deposited metal of optimization electrode was, and hardness up to HRC 58.9. The mierostrue- ture was the mixed martensite and a little retained austenite with NbC which are dispersively distributed in the matrix. A kind of hardfaeing electrode with anti-wearing and anti-cracking has been developed, which the hardfaeing metal is crack-free even under the conditions of non-preheating and non-postheating.
