摘要
采用不同热处理工艺对65Mn钢在不同条件下进行了一系列的试验,对试样进行了显微组织分析和硬度测试,研究了淬火工艺参数对65Mn钢组织及硬度的影响。结果表明,采用850℃"零保温"淬火工艺,65Mn钢可以达到较高的硬度值及良好的组织特点。
A series of tests is carried out by diffrent heat treatment technics for 65 Mn steel at different conditions. Here are analyzing microstructure and measuring hardness on sample, as well as reaserching the effect of quenching process parameters on microstructure and hardness of 65Mn steel. The results show that 65Mn steel could reach higher hardness and better characteristics of microstructure by 850℃ "zero holding time" quenching process.
