摘要
通过对瓦楞辊失效原因的分析,以及中频淬火裂纹产生的原因分析,研究了表面改性热处理工艺技术与应用技术,探讨了提高瓦楞辊使用寿命的方法。
Through analysis about the cause of failure of corrugated roller and the cause taken place cracks during medium-frequency induction quenching, the heat treatment technology and application of surface modification are researched, and the ways improving the life of corrugated rolle are discussed.
