略论CEPA环境下商标抢注问题

内地与香港、内地与澳门更紧密经贸关系安排（CEPA）及其补充协议的全面实施促进了三地经贸发展，双赢效果凸现；但发生在三地之间的商标抢注为三地经贸往来造成事实上的贸易壁垒，有违CEPA的宗旨和目标。企业和政府都应予以高度重视，积极应对，研究解决的途径与方法。

The Mainland and Hong Kong/Macao Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement （CEPA） and its supplements promoted the economic and trade development of the three regions; But the trademark preemptive registration in the three regions actually became a trade barrier, which is in violation of the objective and goal of the CEPA. Therefore, the enterprises and the governments should attach great importance to the ways and methods of the solutions.
