摘要
为探讨企业中层管理者时间管理和自我效能感的相关性,本研究采用Trueman编制的时间管理量表和Schwarzer等编制的一般自我效能感量表,随机选取省内22家企业的400名企业中层管理者为研究对象进行调查研究。结果表明:(1)不同性别中层管理者在时间管理和自我效能感上的得分存在着显著差异。(2)不同年龄的中层管理者在时间管理和自我效能感上的得分均无显著差异。(3)被试者在时间管理和自我效能感三者的得分上存在着显著正相关。
To explore the relevance of time management and general self- efficacy of the middle- level managers of enterprises, four hundred middle - level leaders from 22 enterprises in Zhejiang province were at random selected to evaluate with Trueman' s time management behaviors and Schwarzer' s general self - effica- cy Scale. The results show that in time management and general self- efficacy there is significant difference between the sexes and no outstanding difference among ages. There are significant positive correlations among time management and general self- efficacy.
