The control of decision-making right is the key factor for transnational joint venture enterprises to implement globalization strategy. From the view of enterprise＇s value chain, the paper explains trans-eooperation control the process of decisionmaking right based-on knowledge, analyzes the essence of knowledge control of decision-making by value chain and bureaucratic management, and designs the knowledge control system of trans-cooperation＇s decision-making right. At last, the paper provides manage strategy of trans-eooperation＇s decision-making right.
