摘要
在知识经济背景下,人力资源正成为企业竞争优势的来源,战略性的薪酬管理愈显重要。通过试图跳出权变观点和最佳实践观点的二元争论,以期"求同存异"。首先在理论上提出一个嵌入模型,然后通过来自浙江和江苏两省275家企业的调查数据对其作出检验,实证结论支持战略薪酬的嵌入模型。
Under background of knowledge economy, human resource is becoming the source of competitive advantage and strategic remuneration is born with times. The paper tries to overcome the controversy about contingency view and best practices view, and seeks the same from the difference. The paper proposes a theoretical model of embeddedness and then makes an empirical research based on the data from 275 companies in Zhejiang province and Jiangsu province. The empirical results can back up the model proposed.
