万家寨引黄工程水资源保护问题及对策研究

Protection of Water Resources of Wanjiazhai Yellow River Divesion Project

针对国家“八五”重点建设项目——万家寨引黄工程水资源保护与管理面临的问题，提出实行流域化跨行业管理是引黄工程水资源保护与管理的必由之路，并就流域化管理、污染物总量控制、面源控制以及建立相应的监测系统开展研究，提出具体对策方案。

Wanjiazhai Yellow River Diversion Project is one of the major construction projects listed in the nation's 'Eighth Five -Year Plan'. To protect water resources of Wanjiazhai Project, it is necessary to carry out inter-trade catchment manage- ment.The Proposed Project plan covers four items: catchment management, control of total capacity of pollutant, control of areal water resources, establishment of corresponding monitoring system.
