摘要
"山寨"是与主流打着擦边球的文化现象,其广泛传播的原因在很大程度上得益于它所处的社会环境:多元化的文化氛围为其提供了生存土壤,作为亚文化与生俱来的解构冲动是其生存的动力,"山寨"与"时尚"的关联又极大提高了山寨文化在亚文化群体中的受欢迎程度,并反过来推动这一群体的壮大,而"本土化"是山寨这种低成本的游戏得以实现的机制,它不同于完全的"复制",也并非"恶搞"与"戏仿",而是对"行货""正品"进行解构与重组。相关法律的不健全也为"山寨"化得以实现提供了空间。
The anti-mainstream culture exists and develops, based on a diverse cultural background, with innate deconstruction as its existential motive in a form of a sub-culture. Its relationship with the fashion boosts its popularity in the sub-cultural community and improves that community. With "localization" being the working mechanism, it deconstructs and reforms the "orthodox products" instead of "copying" or "spoof" or "parody". The legal imperfectness also gives ways to the development of the anti-mainstream culture.
